After 42 Years, Another Israeli Spy Embarrasses Syria

ABC has an exclusive report that Israel's decision to bomb the site of a suspected nuclear facility was based on information gained from inside the facility itself:
A senior U.S. official told ABC News the Israelis first discovered a suspected Syrian nuclear facility early in the summer, and the Mossad — Israel's intelligence agency — managed to either co-opt one of the facility's workers or to insert a spy posing as an employee.

As a result, the Israelis obtained many detailed pictures of the facility from the ground.
The role played by this person may equal the one played by Eli Cohen. Hopefully, if the official is releasing this information, it is because whoever this person is--he is safely out of Syria.

I hope Syrians will be busy for foreseeable time to establish that the person they hanged back then was really Eli Cohen...
