Yet, let a terrorist actually try to blow up a plane and suddenly he becomes a “suspect,” who “allegedly” tried to blow up a plane.
Or will Predator drones become regular police issue?

Good post. While I think Obama is much better and smarter president than previous one, I do believe that those drone attacks on people "believed to be terrorists" (not to mention killing many innocent civilians because on inaccurate information assessments) are wrong and should be stopped.
usa is trying to teach us about justice. but the problem of usa is that they dont know how to fight against terrorism. they even dunno how to protect their boarders-they have so many illigal citizens... and this murderes does not look very lawful to me...
In the context of Obama's war against "hatred and violence"--no, it isn't.
